What is MGO?
Methylglyoxal (MGO) is the unique naturally occurring antibacterial properties in Mānuka honey. A higher MGO value indicates higher antibacterial activity, it also indicates higher levels of other active, beneficial compounds in the Mānuka honey. In simple terms, the higher the MGO, the more potent the honey is.

How do I use it?
Consume 1 stick each morning. Enjoy Bee2 straight or supercharge your morning beverage or breakfast. Due to the lower GI (slower release) of Mānuka honey, you can also use throughout the day.
Note: To get the most out of the bioactives in Mānuka, take daily on an empty stomach and avoid adding it to boiling water (hot is okay).
